I'm finished with the novel and waiting for the movie. Heard the ending is gonna be different from the novel, wonder how it will be like?

Nothing special

This is day 6 of my head held hostage by dis freaking awful haircut.Anyway school tmr again and again and again. bb's alr having his holiday while sylvia's been enjoying hers since i dunno when. gonna do blood donation on wed. hope i dun fall sick by den. bb did his on saturday. i wanna cycle to the beach soon if i got the time. gonna watch the pianist on okto later on. ok bye.

I was blogging halfway ytd of the previous post when kar wai called me.
Kw: hello sam? eh ur bday today right? haha i almost forget anyway happy bday!
Sam: oh haha thanks alot man!
Kw:Btw we're both legal age alr go geylang now lah since our house near there!
Sam:U siao ah?
Kw: i steady one! wan go now anot?
Sam ur crazy! cannot lah and if we go only we two meh?
Kw: yea. so ok anot? u at home now right? go lah since we live near each other wad!
Sam: yea im home. u crazy idiot no lah! cannot lah!
Kw: ah okok lah happy bday once again!

5 minutes later, Kw bb and sylvia appeared at my doorstep. i was very surprised. cos i tot sylvia totally forgotten my bday cos she was silent the whole day. they gave me a bday card while bb gave me the graphic novel Watchmen, which is gonna hit the cinemas soon. i dint have bday cake instead i got a bday pie. overall i was really happy cos i tot my day was over and apparently it was not. even at the last few minutes of my bday i still have ppl like ken alan ezekiel wishing me. wow! i really feel appreciated by my friends seriously. got too much of them to thank. so im gonna express my gratitude to ALL who wished me here THANKS A MILLION GUYS!!! now they say a picture speaks a thousand words... enjoy!

Alright dats my bday celebration. sylvia and kw left first while bb stayed to do a debate. he left at 11 and i fell asleep later on. it was a very tiring but eventful and meaningful day!

These r the gifts that i got 4 my bday. got a live weight dumb bell from yu qi, bibek and alan. they shared the cost. the bears were from benkee lawrence and zheng hao. Hmm what happened today? first thing that happened when i stepped into the clas is that the class sang me a bday song. then they drew on the board wishing me happy bday and such. got a bday bash from ahmad and zaki. they jabbed me and satayed me. the finale was doing a video similar to jackass. im supposed to hold the shock thingy dat belonged to sharon. i was holding it for 18 secs ouch... slacked awhile with the guys then i went off the meet yu qi first. initially he told me over the phone saying that the gift intended 4 me was killing him. i didn't noe what it was until i saw him carrying a big plastic bag and told me it was an 11kg dumb bell. i was stunned didn't expect it at all. went to just noodles at suntec and dined with the rest of the guys and thats where they gave me the bears. i wonder how my mum would react seeing those things havent showed her yet. bringing the dumb bell and the bears back home was really tiring cos it was really heavy.

Now let me do my thanking ceremony. firstly im thanking the class who sang me the bday song really appreciated it. To bb rachel rebecca jodi zheng hao seha jovin abdul (who gave me a call when i had fallen asleep and waking me up) jena sharon eileen simna thank you all 4 msging me. to those who wished me verbally such as mas whole class yu qi benkee lawrence kar wai and such thank u guys alot. and to those who got me the gifts, really appreciated it even though the gift is weird haha!

Today

What's the best way to have ur hair dry instantaneously, easily manageable and one dat would make ppl go woah? i have a solution... SHAVE IT!! which i really did after months and months of saying it but not doin it. now i look like a shaolin monk. after dis im not gonna cut my hair, jus trim it when it gets long.

Today i appeared emo in class. but i wasnt actually, i was thinking of stuff dat i should have thought of when i first entered ITE. nows abit late but still i can scrape through. i got my priorities and im gonna keep it. ALl dis while even though i may have been doing lots of work, my initiative is jus not there be it in studies or relationship. im gonna start taking initiatives for the better of my friends and myself. so there.

I like touching my head now. bet if bb were to see me he'll have the urge to touch my head jus like how he has it whenever he sees any bald guy LOL! btw i look weird so now i cant wait 4 it to grow out...

Its amazing how the Nazis died for this oath. Adolf Hitler was widely respected in Germany, but a monster especially to the Jews. watching dis movie changed my view of Germans. i disliked Nazis, but wad Claus von stauffenberg did was really brave. he was one of the fifteen groups of assasins that had tried to end Hitler's reign but failed. he died honorably for his cause. the movie was thrilling even when one noes dat stauffenberg is gonna fail. it leaves u hanging there wondering did the assasination really worked. watching two war movies in two weeks has shown me the war in two perspectives: defiance(prey) valkyrie(predator) left me wondering, y dint the assasination worked even though it happened 15 freaking times. Hitler went on to murder 6million jews during the time he wasnt killed.

Alright enough of movies and war. i did something incredible dis week shan't elaborate. those in the know will understand. ok off to redo my dinner and dance. seeya guys soon and happy valentines day!

I'm tired

Happy birthday rebecca! ok i've been going to sch late dis few days cos i jus dun feel like going to sch on time. lessons starts at 8, but qh and i slacked at clementi mac till reaching ten den go sch. decided to give blood on the 25th and im gonna make it a routine to go gym every fri with david. i've been hungry most of the time but havent got enough cash to satisfy me hunger. ok dats random. nth much to blog abt nowadays cos its mostly routine 4 me, nth special dat would make ppl go wow i guess. im having a freaking cold now and i've got a project due tmr which is half done. sometimes i feel like jus giving up, but 4 my future im hanging on.

Defiance

I rate any movies dat kill Nazis 5/5. the movie is an absolute wow unlike the wedding game which totally killed my brain cells. wad the Jews experienced during dat time brought out the good and evil side of human nature. in order to help one another to survive, we have got heroes to lead the rest out of danger, risking their lives in the process. in order to survive, man become traitors and destroyed lives in exchange 4 theirs. besides dis movie, the pianist is oso another movie dat i liked alot. its a movie worth watching despite wad critics may say

Top two pics were taken at changi airport where we were supposed to do our group survey. even though there were some probs initially where the survey cant be printed out cos mansur cant read the file, but we managed to complete it, while the pics below was taken during the past two weeks. the one with nani was at national geographic at vivo, while the group photo is my entire group members in full strength.

Either way today was an interesting day. went to get laptop from bb in the morning, headed to imm thereafter, met mansur at swensons and with qh shortly, took qh's dad's lorry to his house den to boon lay station to meet mimi to get survey questions. took train to simei and met up with nani on the way.printed out the survey question,went to airport, met up with zaki and den OPERATION CHANGI AIRPORT! i swear dat was the most fun thing to do. we had a challenge. we paired up: samuel & qing hao vs zaki & nani. see who can finish the survey questions first. loser treat the winner to drinks. i won, but zaki and nani act blur. either way, the challenge made us finished it in a very short time. bb came to find us den went ard looking 4 power sockets throughout all the terminals, ended up in mac den david's group came and join us.

bb's gonna camp at the airport with 2 of his female classmates. lucky dude. nvm i'll wait 4 my turn. any ladies wanna camp with me? haha! jkjk! gonna catch defiance with bb tmr. man i cant wait! we've been waitin 4 dat movie since early last year and its finally out! wohoo! ok bye!

Burnout

Im having a burnout. projects r killing me and i still wanna survive.and it wont do me any good to carry on doin wad i describe to bb ytd over msn. i'll jus be even more stressed out and burnout even more.

The old man

Mountains upon mountains of projects waiting 4 me to complete. a few of it due next week along with housekeeping phase test. Gosh im becoming old alr. told qing hao dat im getting senile cos i've been forgetting things easily nowadays. i jus put my keys on the table, turn ard, turn back and i totally forget where i placed my keys and ended searching high and low 4 it. i dun recover as fast from injuries anymore and im alr sprouting white hairs sporadically on my head.someone called me an old soul anyway so im convinced dat i'll die eventually.

Either way a few things happened recently dat sort of dampened my mood. call it a sticky situation.dammit cant wait to get out with benkee and the rest or another outing with bb and sylvia. i nid to let it out! oh ya not forgetting the airport guides. its been so long since i've seen qian wei and brandon. wonder have their hairs grown anot or isit still as botak haha!

"So pretty but shit so smelly"

That was the final straw. That's the line that finally made me leave the cinema where we were watching "The Wedding Game". "Was that the worst line?" you may ask. Oh god, no. I wish it were, then I would have been spared the one excruciating hour of the putrid dogshit that was the movie. The movie itself was probably more than an hour, I guess. But I could take no more. What was so bad about it? Thor, where do I start? It's like trying to pick out one speck of steaming AIDS infected camel's shit out of a whole MOUNTAIN of steaming AIDS infect camel's shit. Left the cinema with bb as we can't take it any longer. First time i did that. Wasted my ten freaking dollars on it.Now im just waiting for the rest of my church members to be done with that movie in that hell hole.Gonna meet up with Ahmad and the rest later on. The reason why i stayed on for around one hour was the hope of it getting better. But we were both badly disappointed. Never would have watched the movie if not for the rest like Serene and Grace who wanted to watch it and dragged us along. Anyway i went out with the guys Nani and the guys yesterday and took some pictures.Post it up later when im home. For now the wait for the movie to end begins...
